I don’t know if you have seen this yet…but it has turned into one of my favorite shows to watch. In case you havent tuned in yet Ill give you a little background. Tabatha Coffey is a Hairstylist who has over 25 years in the industry, she is best known for competing on Bravo’s hair competition, Shear Genius.  Although her time was CUT WAY TOO SHORT viewers (myself included) fell in love with her cut throat personality and undeniable talent but, YAY shes back!

Tabatha’s Salon Takeover is hilarious. She basically takes over these salons for a few days and changes EVERYTHING. I love watching the owners freak out and the arguments with the other hair stylists are so fun to watch! It’s great because aside from it being entertaining if you are in the industry or would like to open your own salon you could really learn from the show. I mean, from your first consultation with your client, to how you display your merchandise in your Salon can really make or break your salon or your wallet.  I love this show and I’m so excited to watch the second season on November 3rd…you should check it out on Bravo!

NOTE: Tabatha Coffey owns her own salon Industrie Hair Gurus in Ridgewood, New Jersey…Im sure it’s FABULOUS but a little out-of-the-way for me; if you happen to be in West Hollywood, Tabatha has begun taking clients at the Warren-Tricomi Salon there as well.
