I am just like the next girl when it comes to watching my pocket but wanting to look good at the same time. It is hard, BUT…You can do it! I always want fabulous hair and I don’t want to spend an arm and a leg! Froogalista (One who watches what they spend and gets lots of bang for the buck) skills not only apply to clothes and food shopping but to hair too! So here are some tips to getting your hair did on a budget.
Weekly Blow-Outs: Dominican Hair Salons ($18-$25) – Try the one in your area and tell them what you want. Know what you want and get a good deal!
Hair Color: Go to Color Classes and be a hair model. Only volunteer at high end schools – like Aveda, Bumble and Bumble or Louis Licari.
In Between Touch-ups: Use Fanci-full or other rinse to hold you off till your next salon visit. This may help to add more weeks in-between salon visits.
Hair Cuts: Cut Classes (See Hair Color above)
Hair Products: Buy only on sale, bulk/economical sizes, at discount stores or on-line for less. Also, make your own all-natural conditioners.
Hair Styling: Try some of the SocialButterflySalon.com How-To Videos and do-it-yourself. You should be practicing doing your own hair. Most of the styles are easy-to-do and fun to try!
How do you get your hair did on a budget and maintain an ab fab look? Inquirers wanna know…

I have never had a Brazilian Keratin Treatman, but I heard it is wonderful and adds tons of shine. How often do you get this done?
Best,
Millie
