Hair Problems…SOLVED!

If you want to get rid of FRIZZY HAIR…STAY HYDRATED.
Frizz takes over only when dry hair absorbs water from the air. Use a  cream-based moisturizing shampoo and conditioner to help prevent it—BUT…rinse well OR you may  have dull or greasy hair… And don’t OVER wash your hair, a couple of times a week is ENOUGH: “The natural oils that accumulate are good frizz-fighters!

DON’T CRY…DRY THE RIGHT WAY.
Want waves that are smooth? Apply styling LOTION to damp hair, then let it air-dry—AND remember the more you put your fingers through your hair, the more likely you are to get frizzy. Want straight, sleek, hair…point that hair dryer  toward the ends, not upwards. And keep blow-drying until every bit of dampness is gone!

CAUTION…PRODUCTS IN USE… Use silicone drops or spray to fight the frizz, but don’t go over board. Apply a drop or spritz to your palms first, then rub them together and pat them over frizz, starting at the ends and working toward the crown…you can always add more…but you can’t take away!

WE NEED OIL.

Treat your hair to a twice-weekly oil treatment. Work about a tablespoon of your favorite, through dry hair, first with your hands, then with a synthetic-bristle paddle brush. Leave it on for as long as possible before shampooing as usual, the longer you leave it in the better but at the very least 5 minutes!

CUT AND COLOR.
Avoid the over-layering syndrome. If you have curly hair, stay away from razor cuts, as they rough up the cuticle. By contrast, nearly blunt cuts can help weigh down frizz. As for color, SORRY but, steer clear of a full head of highlights or a solid blond: Bleaching looks good only when healthy and that is VERY hard to achieve!
