Use a hair dryer to fully dry your hair

Split up your hair into sections

With a comb brush downward and follow your comb with your flat iron.

After you have flat ironed your whole head, follow up with a good shine serum. Oh and work your way up from the root. Don’t go and put all the shine product on your roots, silly. The part is up to you, I love a middle part but what ever makes you feel beautiful is up to you.

I just had to write a post about that mane of hers. Julia has always had gorgeous hair, loved it in Pretty Woman too! Her hair is a character of it’s own in every movie she stars in. In this movie, you will see how her long locks are tied back sometimes, sometimes tousled, but always beach sexy!

When it comes to the hair (my focus, of course) I can actually say, not bad. I like BIG hair anyway. The girls all have what seems to me, pretty healthy hair. I also like the fact that they are not trying to pull off blond and instead stay closer to their natural hair color.

Snooki’s poof, has actually appeared on the run way in the past. She has definitely made it her own and added some but, I like that she has a “signature do”.

As for the boyz, the buzzed cuts look GREAT! As for Pauly D’s “Gotti” look… Well,  it’s not my favorite but, he actually pulls it off.

All in all not bad, maybe not the best hair on reality TV but I admire the dedication and attention they give their hair!!!

Prolong a Blow Dry
Jim Clinton a “Today Show” stylist, who also works at the Vartali salon in New York City share his favorite secrets for making a blow dry last:

1. Sleep with a scrunchie. Pull your hair up like Pebbles of Flintstones fame.  In the morning just pull off and fluff.

2. Use a satin pillowcase to prevent ridges in your hair.

3. When showering try to cover your hairline. Jim recommends using a towel underneath your shower cap.

4. After showering, hit the roots with your blow dryer.

Make Your Hair Color Last
Try these tips from Louis Licari , stylist to the stars:

1. Use only shampoos and conditioners for color-treated hair. Regular shampoo will strip the color.

2. Use a color mascara or color stick to cover roots in a pinch. If you don’t have a color mascara use your regular mascara to hide the grey.

3. Don’t wash your hair for 2 days after your color treatment.  The dye needs to set.

Sorry for this but, I just can’t take it any more. Give the girl some good hair. C’mon people! This just isn’t right So, you ask what would I recommend?

Here it goes… She can stay a red head, but needs to tone it down a notch. Make the color richer, condition the crap out of it and grow out those bangs. Then get a softer look and a fabulous blow dry. When I think of gorgeous red hair, I think of Julianne Moore.

Not as bad as her behavior , her hair has tooo many extensions, but is shiny and the color is pretty good.






Teresa Guidice: C

The color is good for her, but…needs to be heavily conditioned and possibly a Keratin treatment would do the trick! The products she uses are to harsh for her hair. Sorry Teresa, although I once hailed a cab for you in NYC, just need to work the hair a little!






Caroline Manzo: C+

The color suits her, but the look is dated. Less product and more of a sleek hair do would sharpen her look and make her look ab fab!






Dina Manzo: B-

Looks good as a blond! But, doesn’t need the bangs. AND hate to sound like a broken record, BUT too much product. She could just do long layers and rock it out like a blond Kardashian…






Jacqueline Laurita: A-

Best hair as far as shine and she can pull off the length, but she needs a really good hair cut and should part her hair in the middle. She should do the same hair do as Chloe Kardashian!
